The villa concept was wonderful, the restaurants were all lovely, I was made to feel amazing on my birthday at the VIP Gourmet, the staff spoiled me. The VIP beach and pool were first class with a service to match. I can honestly say that nothing was too much trouble, everyone was so accommodating and I would definitely go back and recommend you to other people who wanted to go to Dominican Republic. A truly wonderful experience. If I had a criticism it would be the VIP service people, they did cause a few hiccups but nothing major. "What a wonderful, relaxing place. "Booked our holiday with Bev & Mark, they explained everything to us about the resort, All - Inclusive Package,Villas which we booked a 4 Bedroom. The villa was amazing, we had breakfast cooked every morning at no extra cost which we could not believe, the restuarants food is tasty and the service around the whole resort is brilliant; they cannot do enough for you, the golf buggy was great fun, we went to Ocean World and the girls swam with the dolphins, great time. The Casino was fun as well and the resort take you down there, its only 5 minute drive, there's a show, buffet,disco and dancing then you can go into the Casino and the drinks are free there too. We have been on some holidays but this one stands out from the rest, its a 5 Star VIP Resort and you are made to feel like a VIP, the All-Inclusive seems a little much but when you get there and see what you get for your money, its worth every penny. "What a holiday! When you book things all separately you always worry things will not go to plan because it's not through a recognised travel agency. However, I am here to say it is actually just like the website describes. ‘It does what it say’s on the tin’! Firstly, top tip, if flying from UK always check the Thomson and Thomas Cook websites first, they are always cheaper. Other agents booking through them always add on a little profit margin. Anyway, my wife and I booked a Villa through Mark & Bev after looking through their website. I had looked at ‘Janes Villa’s and other companies around Spain/Portugal etc in the past, but this one is better than any we have ever stayed in and a least £800 - £1000 cheaper. We had a 4 bedroom Villa just for two of us. Massive pool, gardens, BBQ and Air Con throughout. Every morning (you arrange the time) a maid will call in to clean the Villa and cook you breakfast, extravagant, yes, I know, but great all the same. No clearing up for us! Everyday the fridge is restocked with whatever you want, water, pop, wine and beer. Even a copy of the daily Newspaper ‘the Miami Herald’ is delivered! The grounds are extensive and the weather is either hot and humid or very hot and humid! To get around they give you a golf buggy, great fun and lovely breeze as you speed along about 15-20mph! Lifestyle resort has Wi-Fi areas in VIP locations where the bars and pools are so picking up messages from home is easy. The pool/beach locations have clearly had money spent on them and is purely for VIP members (automatically granted to you with Mark & Bev’s membership). The food is first class, especially the VIP Gourmet restaurant which we think is the best of them all. The steak served on the sizzling platter is fabulous. You can also try the air-conditioned fish restaurant (worth a visit), the Asian, the Mexican and Italian Restaurants. The great thing is the VIP band gives you options the normal tourists do not have, and they pay similar all-inclusive band prices. To get the VIP band you pay with a card (VISA or MasterCard) when you arrive at the VIP Reception, they charge you (Adult) $57.50 a day each, It sounds expensive but at today’s rate its around £32. Basically you pay Mark & Bev for the Villa separately; you book the flights online (cheaper) and pay separately, for that breakfast is cooked for you to your taste while you sit by your pool. Lunch by the beach is easily worth £8.00 and dinner in a classy restaurant with good wine and cocktails would easily be £20 a person. Also with drinks all day and a late bar and food from Midnight to 05.00hrs you soon realise the cost is very reasonable. I spent more than £30 a day in Spain! Mark & Bev will arrange for you to get picked up at the airport VIP Transport (bags taken separately by taxi to the resort) included in the Villa Price. The helicopter or Limousine can be arranged at an extra cost. Entertainment Recommendations Overall Mr & Mrs H Collinson & Family
"Thanks Bev & Mark the holiday was fantastic and one we will talk about forever, the Villa was out of this world and my husband and I could not belive it when the maid came to cook our breakfast at the villa each day and this is all included in the All-Inclusive Price, the second week we decided to try the other restuarants for breakfast, very scrummy. The Golf buggys are fun they keep you cool when your whizzing round the resort. I had a massage one week, you even get 33% of that as well, its was lovely. I will miss sitting in the jacuzzi on the VIP Beach sipping champaign, your definitley treated like a VIP and we will definitely recommend you to our Friends and Family.
